Centrally located in Trondheim

Very well located and confortable. No parking lot and no reception,so just call the phone number, they call back quickly. The check in was late and we had to wait, but overwise, the stay was rather nice.

Easy to find just off the Main Street, near the central station and the canal side. Quiet room, you are emailed an entry code so don’t expect a reception however I received a very quick reply to my email before a late arrival courtesy of Norwegian.com. Nice basic place with a comfortable bed. The view was not the best. From the bed, you mainly looked at the wall of the neighboring house. Walls where a bit thin as well. Several times I heard someone coming or going. The bathroom fan didn't switch of, I could hear it all night, so it wasn't so loud. Halls where very sterile and a bit creepy. Everything was clean and well maintained I would have liked to sleep with an open window but right outside must have been a ventilation shaft with a fan or something of the kind, that was quite loud, so I had to keep the window closed.

Practical hotel, clean rooms and friendly staff

This hotel has a digital code for entrance that is sent on sms prior to check in. There is no reception, but you can reach reception on the phone. I had a problem with my digital code, I called reception, they answered immediately, and I got I got upgraded to a new room. The room was available earlier than expected. The house keeper was very sweet and helpful, and she kept the rooms very clean. The hotel does not serve breakfast , but it has a common kitchen from what I could understand, and conveniently a fridge in the room. It is located next to a kiosk and there are shops nearby for groceries and takeaway. It is furthermore very close to the central station, and affordable. I would be happy to return to this hotel any time.
