Hotel deserves a 5 starr review for comfort, service etc but we were given a room next to a noisy event despite many free rooms in the hotel. We were moved to a new room without hesitation and the stay was great. Staff excellent, breakfast great

Very quiet room, very helpful staff and a great breakfast. The hotel has no parking of its own but you can easily park outside but it is very pricey. It is in a great location to explore the city.

Big and fancy hotel right in the center of the city. Clean, new and comfortable. Air conditioning! Breakfast had a lot of options, but one of the stations had ice-cold scrambled eggs and some of the stations were strangely organized where eggs were in different areas. Staff was friendly.

Beautiful hotel very walkable from the train/bus station and from the main tourist attractions. I didn’t take the breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Blackout drapes and heated bathroom tiles were both great. The only thing bad I could say is that in my coffee/tea area (in the room) there was a used bottle top on the tray from a drink I did not consume. Possibly just an oversight but it gave me some doubt as to how throughly the rest of the room was cleaned.

The hotel is really nice, great location and super convenient to visit the city. The only thing that was a bit of a drama was getting in and out of the parking garage. You had to press a button, but then the button never worked, the attendant wasn´t always there, then you had to call reception, their button didn´t work. A real faff!
