"The property was clean. Great for families. Close to downtown San Jose, which is clean and safe. It's about a 40 minute drive to downtown Cabo. The only downside was the food. The restaraunts were hard to get a reservation at. The food you could get down by the pool (hamburger, hot dogs, chicken nuggets) wasn't very good. The pizza was amazing. Cocktails were great. Pool was clean, but hot like a bath due to time of year."
"The resort was nice, a little dated but still beautiful. The rooms definitely could use a little more attention. We didn’t have hand or face towels, and the upholstery on the couch was worn and stained. The pools were under maintenance for most of our stay, but the one day we were able to swim, the pool water was nice. Staff is friendly, but nothing extraordinary. The food was ok, drinks were watered down; overall it’s a 3/5 for me."

"This was my 4th time to visit Mexico, 1st visit to Cabo, & Cabo, town square, the beaches are by far the safest I’ve ever felt. The resort was clean & nice. I wouldn’t recommend the couples massage just because I felt like I didn’t feel like the masseuses were very skilled or strong. We were hassled by security one night after dinner when we stopped by at bar for an espresso martini. It was unwarranted & uncalled for. The bartenders were confused as was my wife & I. The security guard threatened to shut off my room service which I just found strange. Other than that, it was beautiful. Beach is not swimmable but a $6 uber ride away is a very nice swimming spot. Sand kind of feels like pea gravel. Would return if I got the same swim out pool room. That alone made this trip worth it."
"The place was funky and fun and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and we wish we brought more food to cook. We did a snorkel trip with another organization because they did not have enough people to take a boat out. The snorkeling was so great so make sure you do a trip! The beaches that you drive to are much nicer than the one close by for swimming. We never used the pool because every time we wanted to there were folks learning to scuba in it but it looks nice. We will return to Cabo Pulmo."
"We had a great experience at the Ziva great entertainment. My daughter and I enjoyed the pools. Everybody around here was super nice. The staff was amazing thank you and we will be back for sure."
"Amazing place! Only issue is when I asked for a cab or taxi, no one ever came. I had to get an uber or taxi on my own. Other than that, the location alone is amazing!"
