"We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The front desk staff were phenomenal, friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and generally well-maintained.
The water park facilities were lovely and provided a lot of fun for our family, although they are definitely showing some wear in places. For example, the foam insulation on the outside of the waterslide looked quite shabby and detracted a bit from the overall appearance. We also found a couple of ants in our room during our stay.
None of these issues significantly impacted our experience, and we would still happily stay here again. However, addressing some of these maintenance items could make an already good property even better for future guests."
