The hotel is showing its age and desperately needs a refresh. Will not stay again."

"First of all, the hotel photos look absolutely nothing like reality. There’s a terrible stench throughout the hallways and especially inside the room. The toilet makes a loud noise and barely works at all. "We (family of four) spent a night before boarding a cruise. The motel is clean, staff friendly and efficient. There was a little bit traffic noise, but we slept well. Special treat: there is an excellent, very authentic Portuguese restaurant close by - 5 min walk! It is called "Portugal Express"."

"Front Desk was very supportive, polite. They were quietly, behind the scene helping us to navigated through all personal issues we had at that time. David(front desk) reminded me a hotel manager from "Pretty Woman", who foresee and quietly resolves issues before they surface. Their breakfast was excellent. Their fries were delicious. We had various fresh berries every day. All personnel foresee your needs and offer/provide service before you know it. Great team!"
