People were friendly and stay was ok. Staff was often unavailable or in the back office. Hot tub was broken and less than ideal. I’ve stayed at 3 Pullman hotels and this one is the middle of the road one of the 3. Holiday Inn was a clear level or two above.

The room phone did not work, couldn’t call for more towels or toiletries as housekeeping is only every other day but they didn’t come either. Vintage and fun decor. Room was clean and comfortable If you like oatmeal for breakfast, they have a pretty impressive oatmeal bar with so many options to add in.
