"Excellent as usual"

"Due to my late arrival and early departure, I did not interact directly with staff, only through messaging. However, they were VERY attentive and super helpful. The room and facility were clean and organized. It’s not the newest place in the world, but is very well kept and quite charming. I had absolutely not complaints. With the recent heat wave, the fan that was in the room was a welcome treat! Thanks for a very pleasant stay!!"

"We had a very great stay at the guesthouse! It is very close to bus and train station, so it is easy to walk with luggage. Staff is extremely helpful and nice! R9ms are very well maintained and bathroom is modern and very clean. Breakfast is excellent! We had a wonderful stay there! Thank you very much!"

"We travel a lot.... but we fell in love with FLÜHLI 😀 best kept secret in Switzerland!!! The staff at the hotel are the BEST! So extremely helpful and giving of their time and knowledge. Mark and Marc (yes, same name), provided multiple gems of knowledge and insight to the places only the locals go. AMAZING!!!! For our next trip to Switzerland, we plan on using Flühli as our hub/Basecamp and do a series of day trips from there. I don't leave recommends often, but I would kindly advise you...

"While booking it said a/c and at the front desk they said there’s no A/c in the hotel. After some time she said there’s a cancellation of other a/c room and she said it will cost extra 280 francs. So we end up paying extra 280 francs. Not happy paying that much for nothing"

"The hotel was just ok. Good location. I was there with my husband and 23 year old son. We went across the street for gelato and came back to our hotel to sit at one of the outside tables outside our bar. The bartender rudely told us if we weren’t ordering anything we couldn’t sit there. I 100% would understand that if it were busy. They have about 20 outdoor tables and EVERY single one was empty!! So they lost out on our business, because we were there four days and enjoyed ourselves at other...

"It’s an odd retro structure for the location. Chose it for the AC, clean room reviews, and price - it satisfied all requirements. It’s not beautiful or charming, but we only slept there, and we slept well. We were only in town 1 night. Totally adequate place, good location. It was so hot, I wouldn’t have traded our stay for a cute boutique hotel with no AC, which is most common for the area, EVER!"

"Highly recommend this hotel. The most unbelievably incredible view of the alps and Lake Thun (make sure you book a balcony room). Wonderful breakfast included (not just continental). Sauna, steam room wellness spa on premises. Friendly people, and cute mountain town; just about 15 minutes from Interlaken. Loved this hotel, we returned and booked another night after some traveling around the area."

"Have to walk to the restaurant to get ice .They have nothing to put it in they give you a plastic bag with a few cubes by the time you walk to your room they are almost all melted Shower leaked and water goes everywhere We went to eat at the restaurant the flys were rampant.Our drinking glasses were never replaced. No lights going up the stairs Terrible terrible However the mountain view was beautiful"
