I have been there 3 times and the towels are dirty (stained), the shower floor slimy, the floor filthy dirty & I’m pretty sure the sheets unchanged bc I don’t have black hair. Aka, housekeeping isn’t doing their job. Also, expect a back ache with there “flat as a pancake” pillows. The heat/ac work well, the fridge is cold even if exterior is rusted & the TV works. If you catch it at the right time, there is good hot showers too. "

"THE GOOD PART: My room was clean, and the bathroom was VERY clean. The host is absolutely nailed that part. EVERYTHING ELSE: Not the best experience… This place is a very large house, with over a dozen bedrooms that are all numbered like hotel rooms. I only feel like if you give instructions to clean as you go, and I understand there is no way for anyone to check or anything. "Don’t know where to begin but this is not the same resort I stayed in last year .. the room was different very dated … sink stopped up .. internet was non existent, trash in wall ways .. and a dog barked for 6 days starting at 5 am and no one could ever find the dog … I reached out to management several times I will say the managers were very nice and understanding but it was pretty much a done deal at that point … to spend so much money for that resort and no compensation back was a shocker! "My kids enjoy having a lot of space (the big house) and having both their own pool and the water park to play in. The perks stop there. DO NOT travel near Passover unless you are Jewish, 90% of the vacationers are there for a luxury passover event. This event seems to draw rude people. They are rude to fellow guests, they are rude to staff, and you can only eat terrible, overpriced kosher food at the waterpark during this time. The water park food was absurdly expensive and nearly inedible....

"The stay was okay overall. The unit was fairly clean, and our group had a nice time. However, there were a few issues that affected our experience. The couch was ripped, the carpet appeared somewhat dirty, and we saw a few roaches during our stay. Additionally, the upstairs shower didn’t seem to be installed properly and made a loud, disruptive noise in the first-floor bedroom whenever it was used. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but due to these issues, we would likely choose a different property...
