"Quirky but yet comfortable hotel in great location for audley end events. Good breakfast good selection of drinks. Loft bed was big enough superb large bed coffee machine tv no sep shower but shower in bath. All good and was what was needed. Chilled vibe"

There is also a big public park a short distance away that has football nets, basketball, tennis, etc. The Holly Tree is walking distance from the bus station where there is a bus going downtown every 5 minutes.
