We checked in at 8pm and the attitude of the receptionist was rude. Also our reservation of the room cannot be provided per our request. We have no choice but to stay in separated rooms far from each others. The food was not good with very little choices in breakfast.

年季の入った部屋で、入室した途端古びた臭いがした。ベッドの絨毯の汚れや、トイレと洗面所の床のカーペットが汚く、障子が破れていた。 ウェルカムのティーパックや歯磨きがないので、安い料金はうなずけます。 入室前の建屋の中はオシャレな雰囲気ですが、部屋の中はお金を掛けられないのか、リフォームしてないので、せっかく宿泊した方がリピートすることがなさそうで本当にもったいないと思いました。

家族の多い我が家にはお部屋が広くよかったです。 エアコンをつけなくても快適に過ごせました。 フロントのある建物はペット連れの方が宿泊できるみたいで鳴き声と臭いが多少気になりました。 犬とか苦手な方は避けた方がいいかもしれません。

静かな別荘地にあるホテルで、朝の森の中の散歩が気持ちよかった。鳥や虫の鳴き声しか聞こえない静かな雰囲気に癒されました。 建物は若干古いですが、従業員さんの態度もとてもよく、共有スペースでも子供たちが遊べる玩具も置いてある、息子もよ転んでいました。

リゾート環境は抜群。ファミリー向けの施設。

自然環境的には、緑あふれるリゾート内で、快適であった。部屋も広く、2階で、満足。 ただし、建物が古く、また室内(特に寝室)がややかび臭く、またトイレにウォシュレットは無かった。 当方の確認不足かもしれないが、寝巻き類も無く、子供を含めた人数の多いファミリー向けには良いが、夫婦二人には、ホテル棟の方が利用するには良いと思った。

コンドミニアムに泊まりました。 年代を感じる建物ですが、きれいに掃除してあります。キッチンはさっと料理するのに必要なものは揃っています。朝食の感染予防対策を、徹底しておりスタッフも感じよく、とても良いと思いました。静かで自然に囲まれて過ごせるホテルです。

家族・グループにおすすめ！

軽井沢で友達家族とキャンプする予定が雨予報でドタキャンになってしまい、うちの家族だけ急遽こちらのホテルが予約出来たので利用しました。 コテージに1泊しましたが、正直古さは感じました。でも大浴場のお風呂もよかったし、朝ごはんも美味しかったので、ワイワイ楽しく過ごせれば細かいことは気にしない！という家族・グループでの利用にはおススメです。プールはコロナの影響で利用出来ませんでした。

A bit mixed

Our stay was ok. It was our first time to stay there so we had no idea what to expect. The staff were very nice and courteous. Very helpful. The breakfast buffet was pretty nice. I was especially happy that our room didn’t smell like old cigarette smoke. the room was very spacious. And our beds and futons were good. But, The walls of our room looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for ages. And there was a lack of electrical wall sockets - none in the bedroom and just few in the living room. The toilet room was very small with the door going in, making it a bit of a tight fit on entry and exit (I’m not fat either).
