"Have received a particularly special service at this hotel. I enjoyed my night booked here, so decided to book another 2 nights. This morning, the phone in my room rang and I was offered a room upgrade, for free. I had a look, a nicer room but decided to stay where I was, which I understand now, was an upgrade itself! A maid just (12pm) brought round a plate of fruit, just when I was thinking about going to get something to eat. I might have to stay another couple of nights!!"

"This hotel while the room itself was just fine. The walls were thin and the host failed to give noise warnings to the extremely loud family next door. We were kept up the majority of the night. Hotel was fine but not worth the hassle of losing sleep"
