We had a fantastic stay onboard Genesis regal cruise. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too.much trouble. The food was delicious and plentiful. The activities were well run and always on time. You could choose to do everything on offer, or skip those you were not so interested in. Whenever you returned back to the ship from an activity, staff were there to welcome you back on board and hand you a refreshing drink. I really cannot fault it in any way and would love to return...

We stayed for 2 days and 1 night in March 2026 and had a truly memorable experience. The cruise felt refined, well-organised and very comfortable, with beautiful views throughout the journey. The cabin was elegant and spacious, the food was very good, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. The crew made everything feel smooth and effortless, which allowed us to simply relax and enjoy the scenery. A premium and well-executed way to experience Ha Long Bay. Highly recommended.

3 day 2 night Halong bay cruise. Boat was amazing much like a super yacht. Crew and tour staff were fantastic, all very professional, polite, friendly and always wanting to make sure we were having a great time. Food excellent, entertainment, memorable. A full itinerary of trips and things to do. The time flew by. 100% recommend L’amour cruise. Definitely 2 nights if you can afford it.

Small and very traditional boat, the boat is beautiful condition, the team on board are amazing and the food and attention to detail make a huge difference it’s a 10 out of 10

Checked in very early morning after night bus. Nice room, comfy bed, didn’t have the included breakfast due to the early arrival. Nice staff

This boat is the brand new and the best boats in Halong Bay when we have seen many other passing by and for sure Alisa Premier is the best among hundred boats there. The cabin, food, staff, kayaking, cooking class... were amazing. We wish to spend 3 days and 2 nights much better than just 2 days 1 night. Do not expect the Internet on boat because they must use the mobile network so will be the same for all boats in Halong Bay.

Very good overall. Great vegetarian food variety

A fabulous experience in Lan Ha bay

Couldn’t have been made more welcome by the whole team but especially Julie.

Amazing gym, ocean view

It was incredible in every way totally recommend

We absolutely loved this cruise - although we booked to stay on Orchid Trendy, we were actually on Orchid Classic. I think the only real difference is that there were only 14 rooms on classic as opposed to 20 on Trendy so we were better off! We stayed in a family interconnecting rooms, accessible to each other via the wardrobe which the kids loved! Really excellent standard of room with a view to die for from the bed and bath. Food and service were fantastic throughout, especially from our...

Excellent upmarket hotel, modern and sleek equipped with good amenities, located on top of steep road making it not ideal to walk around though, well presented reception staff but somewhat disorganised at the check-in hence in need of some improvement, all amenities very good, breakfast is a delightful buffet serving wide ranging menus appealing to every palate. Special thanks to Pattrick who extended valuable support to organise local travel, cruise bookings and airport transfers . Overall we...
