"Obviously property needs some upgrades. Couple of times the room door was locked. Thanks to excellent management and maintenance crevices was resolved quickly. They are going above and beyond to resolve issues but the facility needs new investment. Obviously the old door locks cannot last forever. Thanks Blue Bay staff for your input"

"The bed was super huge! Ocean front room. We loved it here. The entire staff is amazing. My son was sick and my husband asked for soup and they made a pot especially for my son and even followed up when they saw us walking around to make sure he felt better. The all inclusive is a hit because we didn’t have to worry about our next meal. Food is served almost 24/7. Jennifer the cleaning lady was super sweet. Brasalina in the coffee shop always delivered yummy coffee and treats. We got massages on the beach. I got my hair braided on the beach too. The evening entertainment was nice., we also went to a beach party. We will definitely be back! It felt like home"
