The hotel is in a great location, next to the beach and a lovely walk to Tucepi and Podgora. The staff are pretty miserable in the pool bar except for Eva, she was lovely. We are vegetarians and there is not proper labelling so you could be eating anything, not good enough in this day and age. The food is average and barely warm. There is also very little entertainment. Overall it's in a great location but i'd try a different hotel or apartment next time.

Charter hotel. All inclusive which means boring food. Restaurant area more like a workplace canteen, noisy and crowded. 15 minutes walk to downtown Tucepi. Beach directly accessible from pool area. Clean. AC can't be adjusted.

Muutama pistorasia repsotti sekä valopylvään luukku oli teipillä kiinni ja johdot näkyivät vaarallisesti. Muutoin asiat näytti olevan kunnossa ja hanoista tuli kuumaa vettä mikä on hyvä asia legionellankin kannalta. Kaikin puolin siisti ja hoidettu paikka.

Schöner Familienurlaub mit kleinen Abstrichen Wir hatten Ende August bis Anfang September im Bluesun Neptun insgesamt einen schönen zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt. Das geräumige Familienzimmer mit zwei Schlafzimmern war ideal für uns. Verbesserungsbedarf besteht bei der Sauberkeit: Boden, Bad und teilweise auch der Poolbereich waren nicht immer gründlich gereinigt. Die Anlage war ansonsten gepflegt. Der Kiesstrand bietet klares Wasser, gehört jedoch nicht zum Hotel. Zwei Liegen und ein Sonnenschirm kosten etwa 25 Euro. Teilweise gab es unangenehme Gerüche am Strand. Beim Essen fanden wir stets problemlos einen Platz und das Essen war auch lecker. Die Kinderanimation war überwiegend auf Kroatisch oder Englisch und daher für unsere Kinder nur eingeschränkt geeignet. Die Kinderdisco war zudem laut. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die gut besuchte Wassergymnastik. Insgesamt empfehlen wir das Hotel für Familien weiter, sehen aber Verbesserungspotenzial bei Sauberkeit und Kinderanimation.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer war nicht sauber, die Bettwäsche war teilweise kaputt. Der Snack am Nachmittag war immer gleich, Wiener und Pommes, Salzstangen und Salzbrezeln und Kekse. Die Cocktails die im All inclusive dabei waren, waren mehr Saft als Cocktails.

Stort hotell med närhet till stranden och promenadstråket. härlig stor pool med barnpool. maten var dock inte så smakrik eller av bra kvalité. Allergivänligt var det absolut inte, skyltarna vid buffén stämde inte alls även om man påpekade det.

Hej Vi har varit 10 dagar på semestern, upplevelsen var god känd !! Väldigt trevligt och hjälpsam personal, bra rum ,gott med solstolar och parasoll, nära havet När det gäller maten där skulle dem kunna jobba lite mer och tänka på folk med olika allergier !! Även när det gäller städning i och runt om bassängen skulle satsas mer!!

Kjip mat og bildene lyver, ikke i nærheten så fresht som det ser ut. Og solsengmafiaen får herje fritt. Anbefaler å dra et annet sted. Kroatia og byen er veldig fint og koselig.
