Nice hotel by the river

Modern, central hotel and nice location just by the river Friendly staff and clean. Breakfast could be improved. Missed warm food like scrambled eggs.

OK hotel, could be better

Hotel is OK. Rooms are clean, staff are friendly and a decent location. Beds/pillows not comfortable and too much light in the room due to no curtain on the top window.

Fourth stay here with my fiancée. Fourth time I've been left very happy. Great room with a lovely view of the Neckar. Staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Breakfast great. First time I came in the winter and I will be back.

Management is lacking kindness

The rooms are comfortable. The location is great. The service was not great. We ended up having to pay for a second night of car garage without being told the rules about when we needed to return the key for the garage. It was a simple misunderstanding that they refused to acknowledge or accept. It is the simple things that make a difference and make me want to return to a hotel. They were not accommodating, understanding, or honest in the transaction.

The twins bed room was very small, old and when we first in there was bad smell from the toilet. We asked for changing the room but were told hotel was full and then they didn’t have any follow up. Other than this hotel was at good location. I used to stay in this hotel but this time with worse experience. Hopefully it will go better.

Tolles Hotel, geniale Lage, aber am Frühstücks-Service muss definitiv gearbeitet werden. Das Aushilfspersonal hat nichts auf die Reihe bekommen, das Buffet war nicht aufgefüllt und sämtliche Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt, so dass wir ewig von schmutzigen Geschirr an den Nachbartischen umgeben waren. Ein sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Neckar, viele Räume mit Flussblick. Zimmer und Hotel sauber und in gutem Zustand. Es ist sehr gut gelegen und es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Größe des Zimmers okay, leider etwas hellhörig. Bett segr gemütlich, gute Kissen und Matratze. Frühstück gut ausgestattet, nicht zu überfüllt u d damit immer frisch, Eierspeisen auf Anfrage. Sauna im Untergeschoss wird wenig genutzt ist aber sehr schön und wird auf Anfrage angestellt
