The view was amazing. The room is just like in the pictures. Its a real palm roof which is good and bad. We went in May and it was HOT!! The only thing we didn't care for was the heat, the poor lil AC didnt do anything to cool the room down. Other than that. Beautiful rooms, the staff was amazing, I wanted to take them home with me. It felt close to civilization and just far enough to be left alone. Wish we could have stayed longer

Bare in mind, this was our first trip to Mexico. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The front desk helped us to atrange airport transport and a tour. The room was clean and well cared for. It was wonderful having a small private "yard" and also being steps from the beach. Food on the premises was limited, expensive and the portions were extremely small. Bottled water was not provided.

The property was very nice overall. But the best part was the staff, very kind, responsive, and accommodating. Roberto in the restaurant was absolutely awesome. He was welcoming and attentive and even brought the kids a basket of donuts for national donut day. Worth coming back just for staff interactions. The front desk was always helpful and helped us to book transportation, car rental, excursions, seamlessly.
