"Love this hotel! Relatively clean, and the staff are amazing. They also gave us the number for a private driver when we needed to return from Alishan National Park.
We stayed in both the Superior Quadruple Room and Superior Double Room across 3 nights, and they were both lovely. The Double room felt like it was a bit newer/cleaner, with plush tatami, while the Quadruple room was amazing but felt a bit worn out with one of the Japanese seating pillows having a really faint smell of urine?
Their curtains are quite old with little holes throughout.
They provide tea sets in the rooms, and give 7-Eleven vouchers (located upstairs above the hotel reception) for each night you're staying. We tried their hotel dinner set one night and it was also really good.
As for noise, you can hear neighbouring rooms very easily but the main reception area with heaps of visitors can't be heard."
"Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bus shuttle drivers are extremely helpful with customer needs in mind. Best location in the park! Dinner buffet is great, breakfast is so, so. Facilities are aging but ok, given the circumstances. Some cleaning details are needed, but not too bad. Overall, a pleasant staying experience that exceeds my expectations."
"Had an excellent stay back in November 2025; surrounding landscape was absolutely beautiful, with tea plantations and mountains as far as the eye can see.

"Clean room and great location, close to a lot of nearby attractions like Fenqi Lake, walking trails, tea tasting and Sakura blossoms (in Feb to March). delicious breakfast with homemade eggs, chicken, mashed potato, fries, porridge, coffee, soy milk, bread, etc. walking distance to a great sunrise spot. I will be thinking of the hot pot dinner, lots of delicious homegrown mountain veggies. Staff are super friendly."
"About 40-ish minute drive from Alishan national park. The staff were very friendly and responsive! We had a problem with a smell coming from the toilet, but the staff fixed it right away. The rooms were a bit cold in January, but otherwise, beautiful room. We had complimentary, high quality mountain tea that the staff prepared freshly for us. Overall, great time and would book again."
