"very nice hotel situated in the heart of the city, clean, well maintained room. just my personal feedback, it says 100% smoke free hotel but when I arrived the first night, my room stunk with cigarette smoke, not sure where it was coming from, my personal belongings had offensive odor when I left after. I stayed there for 2 nights. the food at the restaurant on the first floor was good with a lot of varieties. just a piece of advise to the management, kindly check your Expedia emails, I sent message way in advance, 10 days, for airport pick up and drop off but I never received e-mail back, I even wrote a follow-up in French to make sure my message will be understood. I showed it to the staff upon checking in and he apologized, drop off to the airport was seamless even if it was too early in the morning...overall, this hotel is highly recommended 👌 👍"
