"The hotel was clean and the staff friendly, so my only two concerns were, the electrical failures that affected the property and surrounding areas and the inability of the hotel management to effectively respond to me when I quetioned the 3rd party sites that advised that a COVID-19 test was mandatory. By failing to respond to my numerous messages, I arrived with trepidation as to how I'd be received on arrival, and I find their failure to properly communicate with me to be irresponsible."

"We come here for an annual 3 night escape without the kids during our vacation…breakfast is nice as always. Definite improvement on the spa services from 2 yrs ago. Check-in is never on time and we had to go on an adventure looking for cash to pay because they said their system was down and couldn’t pay with card...at least we discovered that there is a small “mall” nextdoor. The pool remains a scene to watch with the drama of the “reserved cabanas”…but I just put out our towels in one of them each morning and don’t care about what he thinks. All around ok stay."
