"Very small hotel parking, which charges £5/night. Much larger car park next doors. We had a very slow check in with the receptionist doubling up as a waiter whilst trying to check us in (????). Room was ok. Toilet very low and leaning to one side. Beds comfortable. Apart from a few kids running up and down the corridor in the evening, the night was very quiet. Breakfast was a buffet, which was nice. This includes a cooked breakfast. Would we stay again? Not sure. We wanted to go to the Norfolk Antiques Fair, so the hotel is not far from the show ground. If you’re looking for a centrally located hotel then this is not the hotel for you."

"We stayed in a deluxe family room which was very spacious and had a nice bit bathroom. The room was pretty clean but the top of the headboard was very dusty. There was a kettle and some tea in the room but no coffee maker or even instant coffee and there was no fridge. The breakfast has a good selection on the buffet and a lot of menu items that you can order which were included in the price. Hotel guests have to pay extra to use the facilities on top of the room price at £10 per person, you also only get a robe if you are on a spa day. The "spa" was just a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. There wasn't much relaxation space or loungers. I would have been very disappointed if I was coming for a spa day alone as the swimming pool was full of kids and wasn't very relaxing spa experience at all. The massage I had was very good and I would recommend getting one. Overall the hotel and the staff were nice and we had a good stay. "

"Fantastic receptionist on arrival, good parking, good pool. Room tiny, bathroom ridiculously small; you couldn't shut the door without squeezing between the toilet and basin. I've never seen anything like it. If you were overweight you wouldn't be able to use the bathroom! Room cleanliness could have been better. Room was tired in general. Breakfast very good. Evening meal was ok, lots of food and drink not available which was disappointing. Evening restaurant staff mixed - ladies serving were very hard working and friendly - older barman didn't seem very happy. Overall ok stay but I couldn't stay in that tiny room again and for £145 for one night room only was overpriced"
