"The room was disgusting and had bugs. Cockroaches and what looked like bedbugs. Staff said there was nothing they could do. Room was “clean” but sheets and pillow cases had nasty stains and looked disgusting. Overall the worst place I have ever stayed."
"The biggest issue with this hotel is that there is no elevator. Interior room door with no elevator is really just unheard of. It never occurred to me to ask. They gave rolling carts to get your luggage in. Why? Just for first floor use I guess. We purchased the suite-the most expensive room they have. It has a jacuzzi tub. We were allowed two extra towels. We were allowed 4 bath towels total on a $250 a night room. The pool closed at 9pm. It’s an indoor pool right by the lobby. Why close it so early? It would have been nice to swim after dinner but unless you eat at 5pm on a Saturday night you won’t get to. It was dated but decently clean. For the money, I expected better."
"Had a nice stay. Very limited amenities. Room/bathroom was clean, no bugs! Fresh linens. Very large room. Gentleman was helpful at the desk, they required a deposit which was promptly returned the following day."
"We booked a standard double room online. Upon arrival we were asked if we preferred a smoking room, shocked at the option we said yes please. We were assigned a room in the basement & upon entry, was absolutely filthy! Years of dust and grime in every surface. Entire floor smelled of weed, graffiti in the elevator and fighting from the adjoining room. We returned our key card, expressed our disgust and then was offered a standard rm which we inspected thoroughly. And since they now knew we smoked, were charged a $50 cash deposit. That was returned the next morn. If it weren't for us being on an already exhaustive drive, we would have searched for something else. No soda machines, ice, vending of any kind. People meandered the lots all hours. Daylight revealed garbage and clothing articles in the parking lot and outside of room windows. P.s. i use the term windows loosly because you could barely see through them. This is NOT a family or safe motel in any way! Avoid at all costs!"
