Clean room and helpful staff. Toilet seat not attached correctly or broken. Toilet leaked and hot water barely had water pressure to bathe. Morning breakfast same each day with no varied hot variety. Eggs, beans and sausages

The room was spacious. It had air conditioning. The bathroom was also lovely. The room was cleaned every morning, and the bed was made every day before you got back from your adventure. Towels were replaced with clean ones if required. The room service was excellent if sought after, even at odd hours. The staff were exceptional! I will stay at this hotel on my next visit.

Hi we had good the two days we where there . The staff was helpful and changed the room when the fridge didn’t work . I recommend this hotel . I will stay again next time I’m in Turin . The breakfast was also very good .

Friendly staff, quick check in. Nice and clean room with daily cleaning. Good sweet Italian breakfast with cold meats and eggs. A little bar with drinks at reception, only 3 stops on the tram 4 from Porta Nuova station and same tram goes into the centre in the opposite direction. Great little pizzeria close by with other bars and food options. Air conditioning good. Room noise quiet even at the front with passing trams. Certainly worth staying that little bit away from the centre. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff were helpful. The location was quite close to the centre. No 4 tram takes you to to the station where you can walk the rest of the way. There is an amazing restaurant nearby called Sorriso which was recommended by yhe receptionist

Worked for me

Good 3.5 star hotel. Totally adequate for a couple of nights stay. Breakfast selection was good and the staff were helpful and friendly. I would book again if in Turin. Handy for the main railway station Porta Nuova. An pleasant 20 minute walk.
