"They gave us a room that had a guest in it. We were 3 families checking in and 2 of us were given rooms with guests in them. The pool was freezing and did not have lights. We left and asked for a refund"

"I will NEVER and I mean NEVER go back there. They charge me for everything including the 2 complimentary water in the room. I've stayed at all types of hotels around the country and the majority give you at the least a contintal breakfast. The lady was how can i say, she wasn't color blind, but there was one tht was and she made sure we were happy, she wanted to give my wife and I some stuff but that wasn't why we spoke to management. So we refused it finished our stay and left. So if you asked...

"The hotel was okay. The bed and bathroom were clean. The carpet in the room was wet. The nice employee at the desk would have given us a partial refund, but we booked it through a third party, so they couldn't. The breakfast was good, and it had a nice fitness room."

"The room was clean the staff was very defensive. The front desk lady was warning us that all the rooms were filled and they were over booked. She also told me that the 3pm check in is not promised and that we had to wait an unknowing amount of time before our room would be ready . Which is understandable but instead of just informing us she got defensive even though we were not mad about the circumstances.They also were vacuuming the hallways at 10pm on a Saturday night."

"Molar on the bathtub property up by the girls girls didn't work room wasn't what we expected it to be there was a ladder when we walked in the walkway there was a tall ladder part of the tiles were down in the main lobby breakfast had a lot to be desired we stayed there before we had a living room this time we just had two beds and a TV and a little portable refrigerator instead of a full size refrigerator it was all just a joke there was no shampoo in the bathroom won't be staying there again"
