"The hotel was comfortable and the staff when we checked in were helpful and nice. It was tipping with rain in the morning, so we ask the man on reception to call a taxi. I asked him 5 mins later how long it would be. He said five ten mins. After another 10mins I asked him if he could check on where it was. Turns out he never called for one and got quite argumentative about it. At this point he was being left in charge of the building, but only just being shown how the fire panel worked. Glad I was leaving at that point."

"We found the hotel needed upgrading in some areas. Also simple things which could be fixed e.g. the toilet door squeaked and in the middle of the night this was most annoying. For elderly guests a walk-in shower is a must as opposed to shower over bath. The staff are without exception very helpful and went above and beyond. Breakfast was lovely. Parking is no problem at all"

"We didn’t know what to expect when we arrived. The first impression is important. The lobby was open and beautiful. The staff were attentive, cheerful and helpful. The room was a bit small but it sufficed got my wife and me. It was quite tidy. The bathroom was nice but I give the shower water pressure at B. My wife gave it a C. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Because of its location far from city Centre, we chose to eat dinner there most evenings. We were happy."
