"I was given a horrible room on ground floor looks like it was flooded in recent weeks..sheets dingy and even had stains..I complained they said I paid for basic. I was going to look for another hotel but then they moved me to a better room. Breakfast was also not worth the price poorly prepared. Would not go back!"

"Staff was very good. The breakfast and bar service was above average. However, for 5 of my 7 day face cloth and beach towels which were supposed to be in the room was non existant. On my fifth day my A/C was dripping water and pots had to be strategically placed so water did not fall on the floor. A technician did come in to fix it and he was somewhat successful. It did continue to drip but a lot less. Also my outside electrical fan did not work. We did notice that other outdoor fans for other...

En revanche, le personnel de l’hôtel est très jeune et un peu léger sur le service. Excepté la réceptionniste de nuit et une présente un matin. Le service du petit déjeuner est très long près d’une heure d’attente pour un poisson frit et une omelette."
