"Title: Avoid Laundry Services—Destroyed a Designer Item and Refused Liability Review: I recently checked out of the Radisson Blu Iveria Hotel in Tbilisi, and I am deeply disappointed by the catastrophic failure of their laundry service and the subsequent lack of management accountability. I entrusted high-end luxury garments (including Loro Piana and Zegna pieces) to the hotel laundry. Despite the explicit manufacturer care labels stating "Dry Clean Only / Hand Wash Cold," the staff completely disregarded the instructions. They dunked the items in hot water, causing extreme shrinkage, permanently destroying a Zegna top of the line piece and rendering the clothing unusable. When I contacted the management team, they completely dodged their legal and professional responsibility. Instead of offering an upscale service recovery, they hid behind a bureaucratic internal policy—claiming garments must be inspected within 24 hours of delivery and before checkout. Structural heat and water damage to premium fibers are hidden defects; guests cannot see structural shrinkage when garments are returned neatly folded or wrapped in plastic. For a property claiming to offer a premium experience, destroying personal guest property through operational negligence and then using a policy loophole to escape liability is unacceptable. I have escalated this file directly to Radisson Corporate (ccare@radissonhotels.com) and am pursuing a dispute through my credit card issuer. I"

"Service is bad at this new and beautiful hotel. Food in the restaurant came BURNT AND my husband's entree arrived when other guests were on their desserts. Reception staff needs training on 'welcoming.' Paid for the Club Lounge but there none. Club Lounge included some evening snacks in the hallway couch area."

"My worst experience staying at this hotel. I know this is only a 3-star hotel, but I would not recommend anyone staying here, and I will be taking my complaint directly to Expedia. We had booked this hotel for five nights. As we were due to arrive in the early hours of 27 May, we also booked an extra night to ensure the room would be available when we arrived. We were given room 505. As soon as we entered the room, there was a strong and unpleasant smell. At first, we thought this was because the bathroom had not been cleaned properly. We went out to explore the town and returned later that night, at which point we realised the smell was raw sewage coming from the drains. The next morning, we approached the receptionist and asked for our room to be changed. To our surprise, the young man on reception told us they were already aware of the situation, that they had poured chemicals down the drains, and that it should be fine by the time we returned that evening. I am still confused as to why this room was given to us if they already knew there was a problem. When we returned that night, the problem was still there. The following morning, we went back to reception, and the same staff member told us there was no other room available. He then called two other staff members, who followed me to the room and claimed that the smell was only there because I had turned off the bathroom ventilation. To my amazement, they then said they could not smell anything and suggested that I was ma"

"Omg the hotel is amazing loved our room with all the quirkness of the bathroom shower, bookcase and comfy couch to slouch in and the industrial exposed walls and ceiling. The work space with books and art love love ❤️. Plus we had amazing service in Cafe Stamba for dinner with the Chef doing a special design on our deserts. Definitely 10 out of 10."
