Very lovely hotel and location. Staff were so helpful and quick to reply via email before our stay. They also managed to allow us into our rooms for early check in which we had requested which was very helpful. The only thing which would have made our stay better would have been a kettle in the rooms. Very good

Spooky hotel, nobody at the reception from 8pm (or even earlier), code to enter late in the evening and above all it is not well indicated where are rooms / restaurant / breakfast.. Huge hotel most probably dedicated to seminars.. Very hot in the room (no clim) and no possibility to open window.. room was not cleaned after my 1st night.. I really felt alone... strange atmosphere.. Bed ok and bathroom ok

Varasimme huoneen herkullisen buffet-aamiaisen vuoksi, mutta saapumispäivän aamuna saimme viestin, ettei buffet-aamiaista olekaan tarjolla, koska hotellissa on niin vähän asiakkaita. Ymmärrettävää, mutta silti iso pettymys.

Nostalginen, hieno, palvelu hanurista.

Tämä on puhdas steriili Kongressihotelli. Erittäin siisti, hieno, nostalgiaa, mutta palvelun voitte unohtaa. Hieno aamiainen, mutta sen jälkeen Hotelli laitettiin kiinni klo. 12:00. KAIKKI paikat lukossa, ei yhtään henkilökuntaa. Ei mitään ruokaa, juomaa.. Pelkästään kraanavettä. Ei ruokailupaikkaa, Kioskia, Kauppaa kilometrien säteellä. Täysin Korvessa. Joka siitä nauttii, niin hieno paikka, mutta ottakaa omat eväät mukaan. Huonehan oli ihan hanurista, mutta siisti. Älä ota matkalaukkua mukaan, sille ei ole paikkaa. Paras yhden tähden hotellihuone jossa olemme olleet. Palvelu hanurista, ole omatoiminen.

Pidimme upeista vanhoista suurista puista hotellin ympärillä. Toivomme hartaasti, että pidätte niistä hyvää huolta ja että ne saavat jatkaa elämäänsä (ja että jos niitä joskus joudutaan kaatamaan tai poistamaan niistä oksia jostain syystä, ne saisivat jatkaa lahopuuna maassakin elämäänsä). Tulemme varmasti toistekin ihan jo näiden puiden vuoksi! Ravintolassa oli oikein miellyttävää syödä illalla. Kiitos erittäin ystävälliselle henkilökunnan edustajalle, joka meitä palveli. Toiveena jatkoon olisi jotain keveämpää iltapalamahdollisuutta (pitsat ovat aika raskaita). Aamupala oli monipuolinen ja toimivasti katettu. Toiveena seuraavalle kerralle olisi jokin muukin kasviperäinen leivänpäällinen kuin margariini. Huoneet olivat siistit ja toimivat. Pattereiden (?) kohina häiritsi. Yöllä herätti myös äänekäs keskustelu ja ovien paiskominen pihalla ja sisällä.

Hotelli oli omituinen. Henkilökuntaa ei ollut paikalla klo 14 jälkeen ja erityistoiveiden toteuttaminen (kahvia aamulla, kun lähdimme ennen aamupalaa) ei onnistunut. Henkilökunnan kanssa toimiminen oli vaivalloista, hyvissä ajoin lähetettyyn viestiini ei vastattu. Emme olisi päässeet hotelliin sisälle, jos en olisi itse soittanut menopäivänä ajoissa. Huone oli kuitenkin siisti. Hotellivieraita oli vain muutama, mutta viereiseen huoneeseen oli sijoitettu asiakkaita, vaikka äänieristys oli tosi huono. Yleisissä tiloissa haisi viemärille.

Yöpyessämme ei ollut tarjolla aamiaisbuffettia, vaan tilalla oli aamiaistarjotin, mutta tämä ei sisältänyt mitään lämmintä ruokaa (esim puuroa tai munakasta). Aiemmin olemme olleet tyytyväisiä aamiasbuffeeseen ja siksi valitsimme tämän hotellin tälläkin kertaa. Muilta osin olimme tyytyväisiä hotelliin.

Ensinnäkin meitä palveli erittäin ystävällinen ja mukava nuori mies. Hän todella kuunteli asiakasta. Hänellä oli nopeat ratkaisut pulmiimme. Saimme hyvän huoneen ja aamiaisen sinne. Ainut ongelma oli huoneessa, kun hanasta tuli vain erittäin lämmintä vettä. Jano oli kova, joten jouduin seikkailemaan alakerran yleiseen vessaan hakemaan vettä. Kaikesta huolimatta onnistunut yöpyminen Gustavelundissa. Tulemme toistekin.

Rentouttava irtiotto arjesta kauniissa luonnonhelmassa. Huone oli ihana ja siisti, samoin koko alue. Aamiaisessa olisi hieman parannettavaa, että allergisille sekä muuten ruokarajoitteisille löytyisi jotakin sopivaa. Kysyin ennalta, mutta tarjolla ei silti juuri ollut huomioitu. Perushyvä varmasti muuten! Erityisesti vierailulta mieleen jäi kuitenkin vastaanoton ihana henkilö, jonka kanssa asioin lähtöpäivänä. Kiitos hyvästä palvelusta! Tulen toistekin.
