"I stayed at Arawana Express North Pattaya during my recent trip, and overall it’s a very basic hotel. The price is good, and the staff were actually great—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the stay. No complaints there at all. However, the property itself is older and has some major drawbacks. The biggest issue is that there is no elevator, which makes it very inconvenient—especially for anyone with luggage or mobility issues. The bathrooms are also a shower-toilet combo, meaning the entire bathroom gets wet when you shower. Personally, I didn’t like that setup at all. I actually stayed at two different Arawana locations on this trip, and based on both experiences, I wouldn’t stay at either again. For a little more money, I would definitely recommend choosing a better, more comfortable hotel."

"This was our 5th time at this resort and it was better than the last time that we were there, amazing room & pools, the lazy river was absolutely beautiful."

"The listing was deceptive and nothing like the pictures. The address was for the Macro parking lot. Had to call Orbitz and cancel the reservation. Do not recommend this listing. "

"Checked out within 2 hours of checking in. Pictures are misleading,.deluxe room had no chairs on balcony, over looked a tin roof , bedding was dirty, bathroom was falling apart and safe was not safe as it could be picked up and carried out of room. Staff unhelpful "

"Staff allowed us to view a bungalow at nearly midnight, the room was clean and very spacious. 3 windows allowing lots of day light. Kitchen area. Pool was very quiet and most days we were only ones there. Staff were pleasant. Round corner is 7 eleven, few coffee shops amd resturants. 15 minute walk to terminal 21, baht bus does go down main road. Area around hotel is very quiet making this a perfect place to relax. Would definitely return to this hotel"
