"Returned to Broadbeach and the Dorsett. Great staff, including Sophie at the front desk and Justin in the cafe bar. Enjoyed the the executive lounge and friendly staff. Will stay again."

"Check in staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Hotel is undergoing some renovations, but well managed. Our room had a nice view over the beach and everything worked. Only comment is water pressure is low in the shower and basin."
