"Great location, nice room, helpful staff."

"We were happy to check in early after leaving the ship. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was charming, bright and spacious for a historic hotel. The restaurant was busy but they took time to work with us on a dietary requirement. Dinner was very good as was the breakfast buffet. The location was convenient to the cruise terminal, ferries and the metro."

"Properties a good modern appearance and vibe is good. We loved the outside patio to hangout. It is very close to dining places and walkable to the central areas. The only issue we had was the bed a little hard and we ran into dirty towels on our first night and requested for another clean set."

"Wonderful hotel right next to a Metro station, making it very convenient. Public parking right outside the hotel which is considerably cheaper than parking in the actual hotel (half the price for us considering we parked at 6:00 PM and then it’s free to park from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM."

"We were offered an upgrade to one of their new rooms. Simply excellent rooms, large and luxury feel. We also ate in the restaurant and all four of us thought the various dishes were excellent. This is a fantastic hotel for the price point."

Merci à Tammy, une jeune dame distinguée, courtoise, bienveillante et efficace, pour son accueil au St-James. Chambre moderne, lit confortable, ameublement au goût du jour, chambre de bain petite et très bien équipée avec douche en verre, serviettes et produits sanitaires de qualité. L’espace food market, une idée géniale, des produits de qualité...

"Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast including buffet and order menu was very good, and the service was great. The front desk staffs were polite and very helpful. The location of the hotel is close to train central station and some of landmarks. We enjoyed stays in the hotel."

"Petit déjeuner varié mais de qualité moyenne. Pas de frigo ni de placard dans la chambre (belle et spacieuse). Une belle cafetière/théière cependant. Emplacement idéal, à côté de la gare et tout près du centre ancien, à pied. L'hôtel est neuf, au calme, le personnel très sympathique."

"It was a really beautiful hotel, with lovely interior. The room was spacious enough for 2 people and the staff were so incredibly helpful. I called late at night (around 11pm) asking for an ironing board and staff informed me to call back in the morning but had already left it outside for me by the time morning came which I think was really thoughtful! Parking is also easy."
