"The room was absolutely disgusting, dirt and grime everywhere the floors were sticky and behind the bed was filthy with grey stuff, the air conditioner was peeling and falling apart, we had to carry our 75 lb bags up 3 flights of stairs because the elevator was down. There were people doing drugs and being sketchy and to top it off the manager was so extremely rude. I will never be coming here again. We had originally planned to stay for 4 nights and got out the next morning because of how bad...

"Interesting concept. Really enjoyed staying in a modified AirStream without having all the set up and break down. You have to be ready to haul your luggage in a cart to your camper, but it wasn't hard to do. Appreciated the security offered by the entry gate. Lots of items for sale in the main building. Desk staff very friendly and helpful. "

Had to ask for ice bucket to use in the room. Pet area was very small & not kept well. Went down for breakfast at 6:30 am. Regular coffee was not ready. Only had cereal & yogurt available to eat. "Lobo Luna is an amazing place. Extremely comfortable, beautiful inside and out, and well done in terms of amenities, decor and layout. Honestly one of the best properties in Joshua Tree I've come across while visiting over the last 25 years. I will definitely be booking here again. "
