"Alexandria (front desk clerk) was AMAZING! She was very friendly and professional and took care of everything. She made us feel right at home! Room was very clean and comfortable. Pool was great! We had a great stay here and will definitely be staying here again when we are back in Augusta!"

"AC unit is flooding the sidewalk and parking lot. This is just as you arrive to the hotel. Inside the hotel the ice machine is flooding the hallway. Clean pool. Clean room.
