"The staff was amazing, very friendly, helpful, respectful, professional. They made certain that I was comfortable.
As I walk in, I got the feeling of home; fireplace on, quiet, clean, bright but not blinding. I noticed they also had an elevator. The staff was very welcoming, the process of checking in was smooth and quick.
They informed me there is a pool and "Perkins" restaurant. That was the best. You didn't have to leave the building, opened until 9, homecooked meals and wide range of deserts. I could also order from my room for pick up.
I was previously staying at a motel closer to HSN. Travelodge I found to be closer just a few feet to the lights to cross the road and I took the trail leading to 2 different entrances. It took me maybe 10 minutes and I walk with a limp.
The only thing I wished they would have told me about a deposit I had to pay when I got there. They shouldn't assume everyone has a credit card.
The rooms are clean, modern, well lit up. Included in my room was a fridge, microwave, sofa bed which was nice to sit on to watch tv instead of sitting on the bed. However I would suggest they include cleaning the coffee maker when cleaning the room.
I don't have anything negative to say, I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be my next stay when I go to HSN."
"Great one night stay! The receptionist was very friendly and informative! Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and looked to be recently renovated. Hotel was in a great location and nice and quiet! Would definitely stay here again when in Sudbury!"
