"The room was fine, but we hadn’t expected to have to walk up stairs to get to our room in a three floor facility. Although it was only a half flight, it was inconvenient. Also, breakfast was not included in the price. There was a good breakfast available near by."

"DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!! We “supposedly” had reservations to this place and when we got there they aren’t even open!! 8:30pm with 3 children in the car. New renovations taking place. New beds in the hallways looking through the door trying to find someone they don’t even have a front desk because it’s being remodeled. I’m ok with the remodel but what I will not tolerate is being scammed by the hotel for saying they have rooms and selling through Expedia when clearing they don’t have rooms...

We had a late arrival and the two young gentlemen were waiting at the dock and they helped my sister and I with all our bags. "Make sure you ask for a room away from the railroad. Our window was literally 25 feet from the railroad track. Although the front desk lady told us the train doesn’t pass at night, it did three times from 9 pm to 7 am, and the one at 4 am blew its horn when passing."

Our room was very comfortable, charming, and welcoming. The shower was a bit small but adequate. We stayed in the "Downstairs King Bedroom" (we called it the Book Room) and the bed was so comfortable! It was our best night's sleep on the entire trip! "Hotel room was clean and the obvious draw for this hotel is its location. Concierge staff and restaurant staff were excellent. Breakfast was superb and I cannot speak highly enough of the staff in there - professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the food being served."
