"I booked this hotel for the on site kitchen and free breakfast. There was no free breakfast or offer thereof. The checkin was cordial at best and in a nearby building, as advertised. The heated floors were great, however, the rest of the building, accommodations, kitchen amenities are very basic, but all work. "

Also, no in room safe and a very loud radiator spewing cold air. The surrounding area was not nice. On a brief walk I saw mostly intoxicated and/or disturbed people. I would not stay here again. "
