We enjoyed our stay, clean, drinks were good & breakfast was yummy! Kids loved being able to swim & the hrs of pool worked out great.
Will be staying here again.
We liked the location. It was quiet. The staff was it welcoming. The breakfast was probably very good, but we would prefer a complimentary option. We did not use the hot tub. There was not a comfortable chair for my husband to set in and put his feet up. We would not stay here again.
We paid extra to stay in the Hilton Garden Inn. From the beginning, we were charged $3.00 to park. Two bottles of water were in the room, but they were $3/ bottle too. We didn't get coffee in the lobby in fear of paying for that too.
The staff was friendly, although I never saw housekeeping to refresh towels and get more coffee for the room. I'm sure we could've went to the lobby and gotten more.
The rooms were clean. There was a light just outside our window that made it hard to sleep and the shade was not functional, so we couldn't lower it all the way, nor pull the curtains to block out the light.
I normally leave good reviews. I guess you don't expect to pay for things that are generally free at other hotels. Especially when you paid more to stay in an expensive hotel.
Very helpful staff. I arrived in town early and they got me checked in as quickly as possible. Convenient location. I can’t comment to their restaurant as I did not try it, but Bernard’s is only about a 10 minute walk away and it was as fine a restaurant as I have eaten anywhere.
The room was perfect. Location was central to shopping and great restaurants. The hotel was clean and well kept. There was also some covered parking available.
The staff was friendly and welcomed us with smiles and a little toy for my daughter. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the grounds were lovely. The pool was a fun treat for my daughter after dinner.
Staff was nice. Room was clean and has a lot of room. Only negative was the bed was hard to me but my wife loved it so it doesn’t matter what I think. Had the breakfast which was delicious.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Disliked: Staff & service
The property is clean with emphasis on the lobby and dining area. Where it fell apart was the staff putting me in between two families with multiple children apiece on both sides of my suite after I SPECIFIED that I was on vacation and needed quiet.
The hot tub was great! It's hard to find a place with a working hot tub. Michael at the front desk was very friendly and helpful as well as Maria for breakfast.
