"Very friendly, helpful staff. Very nice room and very nice breakfast. Close to City Centre, Abbey and Baths. Room was spotless and a nice hotel all round. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again."

"Attention to detail, staff are so nice no matter where you are, they go above and Beyond. Even though it’s a hotel it feels like home. Lastly breakfast and all restaurants are exceptional"
