"For the price of my room - Thursday & Friday - I would have thought a continental breakfast would be provided. No coffee pots downstairs. No ice water provided in the lobby. The only thing I enjoyed outside my room was the pool; through the temp of the water was too cold in my opinion. "

"Pros: staff friendly and accomodating. breakfast was good. Right across the street from the water and several attractions are in walking distance. Con: the reason I will not stay here again is it is incredibly noisy 24 hours a day. The train runs continuously and is next door, both the fire and police department are next door. Sirens are constant. Then there is horns blowing. I stay in NYC often and this place surpasses the noise level easily. Need thicker windows."

"We thought parking was already included in the reservation. We had to pay almost $50 just to park one night within the hotel. It should say upfront on expedia page so customers know. Also heater did not work at all when it was cold, so when we asked for extra blanket, they gave us a very thin sheet-like blanket. "

"Valet parking was easy, although there was no one out front when we arrived, so we had to get out of the car to go in to find the valet. The front desk was friendly especially in the mornings. Late checkout was easy. Overall - hassle free and exceeded expectations. Although the light under the sink didn't seem to turn off which I thought was strange. "
