"The hotel lobby gives off the impression of a cool, unique hotel. Unfortunately the rooms are not great. The walls are paper thin, the internet was in and out for days, so it was impossible to work using it...I called several times for assistance and eventually was given the providers number LOL, which is obsurd- same goes for others at the hotel I found out later. The cable also didn't work and required someone to come to my room to fix too. The room fan didn't work either. Just way too many issues for an expensive stay. We were at a conference and the decaf coffee was definitely filled with caffinated coffee. I spoke to the server and she apologized but that didn't help those of us that drank it. The 2nd day was good."

"One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because of the excellent breakfast and food ratings. I’m sorry to say that the Breakfast buffet was terrible. Cut up fruit was not fresh and had a bad tangy taste to it. The berry compote didn’t even look fresh. I ate a fresh tangerine instead. Shedded cheese had white mold on it. I requested fresh cheese and it was much later replaced with more moldy cheese. We waited a long time for scrambled eggs that tasted like liquid flavorless out of a bag eggs with some chives out of a jar sprinkled on top. 2nd request for fresh cheese the cook showed me the bag that it came out of and it was not fresh. She did get another bag and that was a fresh bag. Sausages were not completely browned as if done in a hurry. Ate the most cooked sausage, cold scrambled eggs with fresh cheese on top and basic tater tots."

"I only stay at this hotel when in Milwaukee, which is often! The staff is incredible, rooms are 5 star and elegant. I travel often for work and leisure, one of my favorite hotels anywhere."
