Hotel bom, numa praia ruim

Hotel bom, estrutura boa, atendimento bom. Falta uma limpeza pesada no banheiro e espelhos. Mas o hotel é lindo. Não gostei da praia do Lázaro, muito fedorenta e sem estrutura, fomos em outras praias melhores. O bairro em si não tem muita estrutura, bem deserto e parado.

Local muito agradável e muito próximo à praia do Lázaro e também da praia da Sununga. Hotel simples e aconchegante, com piscinas no térreo e na parte superior. Excelente local para ir com a família. Atendimento nota 10!

Ótima localização. Muito limpa. Chuveiro ruim Colchão ruim Café vai até 10:00 mas às 9:30 acabou o ovo mexido e a cozinheira mandou dizer que já tinha encerrado… mas a funcionária do salão, muito gentil, nos trouxe uma porção.

Problemas manutenção

Para nossa infelicidade a descarga do banheiro estava com vazamento o que deixava o piso do banheiro sempre molhado. Fomos a lanchonete e pedimos lanches, apos 30min o atendente nos informou que nao seria possível nos atender pois nao tinha gás para preparar os alimentos. No mais o hotel atendeu as expectativas

Bom hotel

O Hotel tem uma boa estrutura, e uma ótima localização. Precisa melhorar um pouco na limpeza das áreas da piscina, pra ficar maia condizente com o preço alto da diária. Choveu muito durante a estadia, então não da pra julgar muito. No geral é bom.

Espectativa x Realidade -

Foi uma viagem para esquecer, chegamos na quarta dia 17, por volta das 14 horas e fomos direto para praia. Retornamos às 19 horas e constatamos que os dois aparelhos de ar condicionado muito velhos não refriavam, além disso o chuveiro pessimo com pouquissima água. As instalações são antigas e sem manuntenção. Informei à recepção dos problemas e convidei as duas moças para verificar os problemas narrados. Pedi a troca de quarto o que somente aconteceu às 21:00 após a constatação pelo manutencista da inexistencia de solução para os problemas narrados. Fui tratado pelas recepecionista com deboche e desprezo. No dia 18 (quinta) no final da tarde enquanto estava com minha familia na área da piscina, um casal resolveu transar na piscina do hotel. Comunicamos a recepção e o funcionário que estava no BAR da piscina e nada foi feito. Sai com minha familia e fomos para o quarto, indignados com a situação. No dia 19 (sexta) pela manhã, finallizei estadia que seria até dia 21 (domingo). A realidade de Hotel é muito diferente das fotos postadas. Nunca mais retorno. A qualificação do HOTELS para o Hotel Saveiros é fantasiosa.
