"Hotel is fine, but the pet-friendly side is exaggerated: only two rooms allow pets and they are more expensive for some/ no reason. The hotel them charges an extra cost for the pets of about 300 baht per night, which wasn't mentioned before. In all, quite expensive"

Great little hotel with really friendly staff and comfy rooms. The mattress and bedding made for a good night's sleep. A simple breakfast of coffee, toast and fruit was provided (which was a surprise) with more substantial items available to buy. I would definitely stay here again.

Probably the best hotel in KK for value for money, and l have stopped at a lot.
Bang taxi into central KK only 67 baht.
This hotel has a lovely rooftop terrace and a small gym.

Last minute booking and could not have been happier. Stayed with my wife for Songkran. In a great location, good size room, clean and a great breakfast... I have stayed in a few hotels in Khon Kaen and this is certainly one of the best... they may not have a gym or pool but you can pay for access at the major hotels just a short walk away!!!

This hotel has not fully completed renovations but expect everything to be done in approx. 2 months time. There wasn't any construction noise so do not worry about not being able to enjoy a quiet stay.
Staff were all extremely helpful. I would like to thank the security guard for helping me with my bags;
Jem, Tom and the rest of the team for the wonderful service! They took the time and effort to get me a late night meal delivered to my room upon arrival as i told them i just completed a 5...
