Nice location and Nice people. Nice House but be aware: the two bedrooms are separate with an open kitchen/livingroom between, so it is not recomendable if you have small children (like we have). Otherwise it is fine: Nice rooms and Nice pool.

Not good enough

Lots of issues with this place. 1. Cars can’t access the property. You have to walk up a LOT of stairs with your bags in 35deg. When we got there they said “call us next time, we’ll help”. How about you tell us that before? Terrible communication. Anyone with any disability or even just can’t slog up 40 stairs in 35 deg can’t stay here. 2. In our 4 days there the wifi worked ONE day, intermittently. When we went to ask one day they said “oh it’s out all day, we know that maybe tomorrow” So they knew and didn’t bother to inform us. Again, comms suck. 3. “Restaurant” was closed first 2 days, then the food was awful. 4. They have a golf buggy to take you to a taxi area. They are always late and some of the drivers won’t even go up the ramp -just more slogging in 35deg 5. The villa had a small lounge area but it was open to the environment. So, as a family we could sit in our individual rooms or we could sit in the mosquito ridden lounge. With no tv (wifi based) and one small couch. To be fair, it was quiet and having our own pool was great. They can fix these issues but we won’t stay there again or recommend

Return visit and now missing Ubud heaven already

This was a return visit. I managed to get the same villa as the last time. The staff here simply are awesome, they cannot do enough to help you. The surroundings are serene and tranquil. The services from laundry to buggy drop are fantastic. Great selection of breakfast options and food during day. 15 min walk to central Ubud. Perfect home from home. See you next April guys. Terrima Kasih.

Hugely overpriced. Don't pay more than $70 for this place. VERY rustic, no place to sit in "living area". Construction going on around the villas.

가격대비 괜츈

대한항공 밤비행기 도착하고 우붓으로 가는데 원래 1시간 30분 걸릴꺼 기사님이 달려서 40분만에감. 구글에 있는 주소랑 다름. 글로가면 무조건 호텔에 전화해서 픽업해달라고 해야함. 그러나 우리갈때 ㅇㅒ네 전화기선 뺴놓고 자고 있었음. 약 7분 정도 안되게 캐리어를 끌고 존나 올라감. 오르막인데 갈만하지만 허니문인데 피곤하고 빡이침. 허니문 수준의 빌라는 아니지만 그냥 개인공간에 15만원 안으로 괜츈, 우붓이랑 가깝고 걸어다닐만함. 20분 안됨 그러나 갈떄 천국의 계단이 있음. 오르락 내리락 좀 힘듬 근데 조용하고 우리만의 풀장은 좋음. 화장실이 깨끗한 편은아님. 그냥 가격대비 생각하셈. 아침 조식은 괜츈 과일주스가 존맛탱 그리고 자꾸 검은색 개 릴리가 쳐 따라옴. 밥달라고 근데 똑똑해서 이새끼가 우리 빌라와서 자고 아침도 같이 먹음. 너무 짜서 주면 안되지만 그 눈빛은 못줄수가 음슴. 근데 다들 릴리 잇어도 그냥 웃어 넘김. 이새끼 사람 잘 반김. 그래서 귀여워서 봐줌. 결론: 소름끼치게 깨끗하진 않음. 근데 개인빌라를 15만원 안으로 할수있는건 매력임. 조식 맛잇음. 얘네 호텔이 두군데가 픽업인데 장손데 택시부르는 거 하지말고 걍 천국의 계단 내려가면 바로 택시 잡는 곳이니까 거기서 쇼부치는게 나음. 다시 간다하면 가겠음. 생각보다 괜츈. 나처럼 내려놓으면 좋음. 개 삐까 뻔쩍은 솔까 40~50 이상 인곳으로 가길

Schöne ruhige Anlage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die seperate Villa mit Pool im kleinen tropischen Garten war wunderschön. Das Frühstück war ebenso sehr lecker. Man musste allerdings schon am Tag davor die Bestellung aufgeben und sich auch auf eine Uhrzeit festlegen.

La piscine m’a beaucoup plu malgré le fait qu’elle soit mal orientée. En ce qui concerne le personnel, c’est le pire hôtel que je n’ai jamais fait. Il ne mérite clairement pas ses 4*. Personnel non accueillant. Le matin, au petit déjeuner, on a l’impression de déranger quand on commande. Le personnel ne nous demande à aucun moment ce que l’on veut pour le petit déjeuner (car il faut commander la veille). D’ailleurs on le comprends quand on voit la qualité de la nourriture et particulièrement des fruits (notamment la papaye) et le beurre (qui a tourné). Bref, un séjour inoubliable car horrible ! Les draps sont sales et ont des trous, que des choses comme ça. La télévision n’a pas Netflix et n’a même pas internet ! Je paye +100€/nuits ! Je souhaite si possible me faire rembourser une partie de ce voyage car c’est inacceptable

An amazing experience

Loved the one bedroom pool villa. We requested the villa which had the most privacy and we were happy with what we received (muslim couple). Pool was surprisingly large and the food at the restaurant was very nice. With the complementary breakfast there are a range of options to choose from as well as choice of juice, fruit and tea/coffee. The floating breakfast in the pool was a unique and enjoyable experience. Other services available were room service style spa, laundry and free buggy service. We really enjoyed our honeymoon welcome the entirety of the stay. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. As you are in Ubud there are a lot of insects and harmless gecko’s. There is a net around the bed to protect against mosquitos.

Lovely traditional villa, very clean although the garden area could do with more regular pruning/mowing. There was supposed to be a small rice field next to my pool however it was overgrown with weeds and not very nice to look at. The main building which housed the restaurant was nice and open air, although I suggest they play relaxing acoustic music to make it more inviting for guests. The fountains beside the restaurant area are extremely noisy so not good if you want to lounge out and read or relax. Also, they could do with a good barista and coffee machine. Their coffee is pretty ordinary. I tended to go down the road to a fabulous coffee shop and spent a lot of time relaxing and just chilling at Kopi Desa. But these are only minor things. All in all a very nice place to stay with lovely friendly staff. It is out of the way so a scooter is a must, but that also means it is nice and peaceful with no traffic noise and it is a nice leisurely walk to the main Ubud area.

The staff are awesome and make every effort to help you enjoy your stay. Love having a private garden and pool. The amenities are good. My husband and I have stayed here three times now and love coming back. The only thing that could improve the stay would be new towels (the towels are well worn and need replacing) and some more cooking utensils. Although the villas have small kitchens, the utensils are minimal so cooking isn't really an option.

Over all it was great, private pool is just awesome, kitchen and living area too. Bathroom could deserve more attention, there is room for improvement in served food. Location fine if you have your own transport, if not it gets a bit more complicated but still ok. Unfortunately, just next to the property the neighbours are building a taller hotel which ruins the view and privacy.

They didn't do a proper house keeping and left the rubbish flow on the pool. Didn't tidy up the toilet and refill the soap for us. When we ask them, they said already complete their house keeping..... Overall is bad experience

Spacious, quiet and friendly- walk anywhere

We stayed in Seminyak for a week and then moved to Ubud and absolutely loved this place. We arrived and were treated with great politeness, they helped us check in speedily and took our bags to our villa. Villa was huge in a great plot of land with approx 8m x 3m pool. There is an outdoor kitchen with basic needs including kitchen wear, stove, fridge with freezer and a drink machine for cold, cool and boiling water so excellent.... Bed was large and comfortable, I thought hard at first but slept very well all week. There is a side sliding door that goes to the kitchen and double front doors that open to a large patio area with comfortable sun beds and all you need including pool towels, separate seating area and drying rack. Bathroom is behind the bedroom and very spacious with large wardrobe, bath and shower head, separate walk in shower and toilet with large sink and storage area. The food and drinks were also great as we ate here as well as out of the complex. The whole experience here wa like paradise and was quaint, quiet,welcoming and had everything we needed in our stay. The area can be a little awkward for people with less than full mobility. There are 97 large and uneven steps called pines tanner stairs to one side of the property and a long lane with only foot or moped access and no cars. This was actually the reason we booked it and we loved it. Lots of shops, restaurants, art, culture all within walking distance. Happy to stay again.
