She could use some extra training to talk to people more kindly solid average hotel breakfast and a hot tub could be a little bit warmer, but overall the room was clean and comfortable and I really enjoy staying here. Shout out to the assistant manager she’s pretty cool."

"The desk staff were unknowledgeable about check out procedures and could not provide a printed receipt. The sink apparently backed up while we were gone because we returned to nasty black stuff all in it. We were away all day and didn’t use it. Public men’s room stayed stopped up for three days. Husband even offered to plunge it himself. Dog poop was in the hall. Hall and room had cigarette smoke smell."
