The hotel was good pool was excellent Mangadala the Lifeguard very welcoming I could not access the Expedia App so did not get the VIP upgrade It was not offered to us.

totally amazing service never seen something like that 😍 The power went off in the whole area, but even though the staff was amazing, got candles to my room so it wasn’t dark , they picked me up in my cabin when it was raining, or so dark you couldn’t see anything 😍 they helped arrange safari trip ...
