"This is a great hotel with excellent staff. The cottages were excellent, spacious, well spread out and located in a beautifully manicured gardens amidst dense forest. The staff is professional, pleasant, effective and very courteous. The food at the venue is excellent. The facilities at the hotel are great. The view point at the hotel is mesmerising. "Wonderful location, a series of very cute cabins nestled into the hillside. We woke up to beautiful views of the forest which we e joyed from our balcony. Great restaurant onsite. The staff were a mixed bunch, the waiting staff were a delight and some of the front desk staff were very helpful ordering cabs for us at 5am, what I assume is the manager left a lot to be desired in terms of communication and politeness.
