The location was in a small alpine village with stunning views. There were walks from the door and easy access to cable cars for mountain walks and lakes. The hotel was immaculate and inkeeping with local tradition. The service was excellent and staff went above and beyond, even providing us with a breakfast bag on our departure day. There is a restaurant on site which served traditional german food which again was amazing.

Great experience overall, new modern room in separate building was highlight. Windows had mosquito nets built in which was a lifesaver, without this it would have been a disaster as there are loads of mosquitos everywhere at night and room has no aircon, which means windows need to stay open in summer. Service was great...in both reception and the restaurant. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.
The food was absolutely amazing as always.
We stay here often and love it.
The room was a little on the chilly side but we were too tired after a day of skiing to report it!
Overall we love this place and will we be back in a couple of weeks :-)

We only stayed here one night, so limited review. We had a charming apartment room which was spacious, very clean and had everything you would need to self-cater. The hotel was in an excellent position where you could walk to shops and restaurants within a minute.
