"Warm, cozy, welcoming room in a traditional Japanese house. We appreciated Katsutaro san’s hospitality. Coin washer and dryer onsite. Walking distance to Yanaka Ginza shopping street and Nippori or Ueno station. Recommend."

"Le logement est vraiment bien placé, le patron du Ryokan est très sympa ! En plus la chambre était très grande pour être en plein centre de Tokyo. Je recommande vivement, c’est juste à côté du temple, c’est très très pratique pour visiter Tokyo."

"The Toe Library is a gem. Yoshi was such a wonderful host that my 9-year-old daughter is still talking about our time there. "I love this hidden gem, the Yanaka neighborhood is charming and a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the rest of Tokyo. Very conveniently located to Nippori station for airport transport and quick subway rides to the rest of Tokyo's sights. This neighborhood has some great restaurants and bars as well. The hotel itself is incredibly charming and hip with helpful staff. "
