"I’m not usually one to write negative reviews, but this is easily the most disappointing Ramada property I’ve stayed at. The hotel itself is massive, and the rooms are spacious. To be fair, the room was clean, and the breakfast was actually quite good—the highlight of my stay. Unfortunately, almost everything else missed the mark. The staff was generally unhelpful, often providing short answers with little interest in assisting guests. My most frustrating experience was with room service, where I was met with attitude and ultimately hung up on during a phone call. If you’re expecting the amenities and international standards commonly associated with the Ramada brand, you may be disappointed. The menu lacked many of the familiar options found at other Ramada properties, room service was slow, and the room design featured an unusual glass shower located in the middle of the room. One of the biggest reasons I booked this hotel was to use the pool after missing a flight connection. I arrived around 6:30 PM only to discover that the pool closes at 6:00 PM every day. That’s absurd! Had I known that in advance, I likely would have chosen another property. It felt like a complete waste of money for the purpose of my stay. The hotel also seemed to have issues with its reservation system. Despite prepaying through Expedia, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation and had to re-enter all of the information manually. Was I double charged? I sure hope not."
