This is a super cute, super clean, exceptionally well-maintained property. It is quiet and peaceful. The "Old West" theme is fun! This is my "go-to" for travel from a workshop site I go to outside of Upper Lake, CA, for my trip home.

I've stayed at the Old West Inn three times and it will continue to be my "go to" when I'm in the area. It is super clean, and I love how the property is configured--the inner courtyard makes it feel safe and contained. It is super quiet, clean, easy in and out, with a feeling of safety. And I love that the vending machine prices are so low!

I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the AC. The AC in our room was directly blowing to the headboard part of the bed no matter how you changed its direction. Other than that the beds were comfortable, the property was clean and the staff was responsive.
