Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
Zďaleka tento hotel obchádzať, počas desiatich dní nám izba bola poridena len raz, posteľné obliečky neboli menené ani raz.Televizor na izbe nešiel počas celého pobytu.Ranajky desať dní to isté dookola.(Nutela,pastika, maslo,dva druhy sálami, džem,vajce) keď sa nám pokazila klíma,nemal ju kto opraviť a po naliehani sme dostali odpoveď že to asi vo vedľajšej izbe nám ju rušia,lebo že oni sú medzi sebou prepojené.V bazéne sme sa kúpali iba raz,pre istotu lebo čistení nebol vôbec,voda bola do zelená a raz sme videli ako do neho lejú Savo.Jedine dobrá skúsenosť a milý personál bol v kuchyni.Cize celkový dojem otras.

Under mina förväntningar

Väldigt bra service i restaurangen, och midagar var jättebra tack vare Emma som var ansvarig där. Frukost samma varje dag. Städning på rummet var bra, ingen tv på rummet, wifi inland fungerar ibland inte. Poolen var rena katastrof, smutsig, folk badar utan att dusha,ibland med kläderna på, personal från receptionen tycker att det är okey. Det fanns inga regler för att avända poolen som var störande. Hotell tar inte betalnig med kort utan bara kontanter.
